We are totally flexible and will work with contributors to transfer material as securely as possible.
Please send all contributions to the above email address.
Photos scanned in jpeg (preferably) as high resolution as possible; documents and stories in Word or PDF.
If you don’t trust electronic transfer for privacy or copyright reasons, contact us by email to arrange sending a memory stick, DVD, or photos. We will pay the courier costs if needed.
All hard copy material so transferred will be returned by courier after it’s posted.
PLEASE DON’T SEND YOUR ONLY COPY! Scan, photograph, photocopy, draw, trace, whatever......but send COPIES!
Please caption all photos as detailed as possible. As time goes by, NAMES of people in photos become the most valued aspect.
